What data we process and why:
1. Contact form – name, email address, phone number (optional) and message content. Purpose: answering your enquiry and preparing a quotation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps). Retention: until the enquiry is resolved, at most 2 years.
2. Server logs – IP address, access time, browser type. Purpose: security and technical operation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Retention: according to the hosting provider's policy.
3. Google Maps – the Google map is displayed when you visit the page. In doing so, Google (Google Ireland Ltd.) receives your IP address and may set cookies; transfers to the USA take place under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. If you reject cookies, the map is disabled and Google content is no longer loaded.
Recipients: our hosting provider with servers in the EU and Google (email processing and the map). We do not sell data or use it for marketing or profiling; no automated decision-making takes place.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent (without affecting prior processing). Send requests to info@panmont.eu. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – in Slovenia: the Information Commissioner (www.ip-rs.si) – or with the authority of your Member State.

1. pm_cc (browser local storage) – stores your cookie choice (accepted/rejected). Strictly necessary; contains no personal data and is not shared with anyone. Duration: until deleted in your browser.
